John Stutz is a native of Chattanooga, attended Tennessee Tech University receiving a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He started Choo Choo Homes in 1987 after 25 years in the manufacturing business. Choo Choo Homes has built and sold over 300 new homes.
Rose Stutz grew up in Winchester, TN before pursuing a career in Chattanooga in the textile and chemical industries, she worked in both purchasing and sales. Rose became a licensed realtor in 1995 and works for what is now Prudential Realty Center. She is a full service realtor in addition to marketing and selling the homes built by Choo Choo Homes, Inc.
